Circuit X-Press is circuit style training program that focuses on all fitness goals such as strength, endurance, stability, core and improved flexibility. The workouts change from week to week using a mix of equipment. Circuit X-Press consists of 10 stations, where we do 3 sets at each station–45 seconds on and 15 seconds off or 60 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Then we finish with a cardio /core routine and a relaxing stretch. The program is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be modified as needed to accommodate every individual.
